All-in Design is a creative studio specializing in the design and development of SOFUBI soft vinyl art toys. Blending art, street culture, and everyday inspiration, the studio pushes beyond the boundaries of traditional SOFUBI to deliver fresh visual experiences and meaningful expressions. With innovation at its core, All-in Design creates works that resonate both visually and emotionally.

BLACKPEARLS is an SOFUBI art toy brand led by artist Josh Wang. Since its founding in 2018, BLACKPEARLS has centered its creations on the complexity of human nature, exploring the blurred lines between good and evil, justice and chaos. Through original SOFUBI pieces and gallery exhibitions, the brand offers works that are rich in artistic value and cultural meaning.

Graduated from graphic design major, has two years of work experience at a Japanese advertisement company.
2018, set up his own brand ‘ALL-IN TOYS’
Spring 2019, set up original SOFUBI brand, BLACKPEARLS GALERY, currently active as an independent SOFUBI designer.

BLACKPEARLS opened its first gallery in Kanda, Tokyo, marking the brand’s transition from online art toy sales to physical exhibitions. This move allowed the brand to reach a wider audience of art enthusiasts and street culture fans, establishing a solid foundation in the Japanese market.

In collaboration with renowned Japanese artist Izumonster, BLACKPEARLS held its first solo exhibition, "IZUMONSTER SOLO EXHIBITION." This marked the debut of a deep creative partnership between the brand and the artist, while also playing a significant role in promoting SOFUBI art culture on a global scale.

BLACKPEARLS collaborated with renowned Japanese streetwear brand Punk Drunkers to host a pop-up event, showcasing its potential in crossovers between street fashion and art toys. The event drew significant attention from the street culture community and further elevated the brand’s visibility.

BLACKPEARLS collaborated with Japan’s leading sneaker boutique ATMOS to release the co-branded figure HAPY. This crossover project blended art toys with sneaker culture, capturing the attention of both fashion and art enthusiasts, and significantly expanding the brand’s influence.

To offer a more artfully immersive environment, BLACKPEARLS relocated its gallery to Harajuku, Tokyo. The new space is designed to provide visitors with a deeply engaging artistic experience, while further strengthening the brand’s presence in Tokyo — a global epicenter of street and youth culture.

In collaboration with American artist Rich (MVH), BLACKPEARLS held the "MVH SOLO EXHIBITION." This milestone marked the brand’s growing influence not only within Japan but also across the international art scene.

BLACKPEARLS held "BLACKPEARLS HK EXHIBITION," a solo exhibition by artist Josh Wang, at Stonevibe Gallery in Hong Kong. The show attracted art lovers and collectors from around the world, marking a significant step in the brand’s expanding international presence.

BLACKPEARLS teamed up once again with Punk Drunkers to host "PUNK DRUNKERS x BLACKPEARLS EVENT: SLAM PUNK." The event was accompanied by a pop-up store at Codecorner Gallery in Thailand, attracting a large number of local fans and significantly advancing the brand’s expansion in the Southeast Asian market.

BLACKPEARLS held "BEYOND | BPSxAKA TAIWAN EXHIBITION" at AKA Gallery in Taiwan. This exhibition laid a solid foundation for the brand’s entry into the Taiwanese market.

The "Duel Kingdom: BPS Taipei Card Game & Toy Exhibition" was held at the Fringe Gallery in Taiwan, providing an opportunity for the brand to inject new vitality into its toy and card game culture.

BLACKPEARLS celebrated its 5th anniversary with the exhibition "Festival of Angels and Devils," reflecting on the brand’s growth journey and reviewing the innovations and breakthroughs of the past five years.

BLACKPEARLS held another solo exhibition by Josh Wang at Stonevibe Gallery in Hong Kong, further enhancing the brand's influence on a global scale.

BLACKPEARLS held a solo exhibition by Izumonster at Shengjiang Gallery in Shanghai, further expanding the brand’s influence in the Chinese market.

To further focus on the company’s own toy design and innovation, BLACKPEARLS decided to close its Harajuku gallery and relocate to a new office in Nerima, Tokyo. The new office will serve as the birthplace of the brand’s future creativity and innovation.
